At GUNNER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided items are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
